Mr. Craig:
Sir, I must admit you make me sick to my stomach! Your hate for American taxpaying citizens is beyond compare.
Some say your elite donors don't want workers, they want cheap, cheap labor.
Now these illegal aliens will have citizenship, Social Security after 18-months, all the Social benefits for "anchor babies" and their dependents. The aliens love you!
First of all, under whose control will these five million so-called farm workers answer too.....
please, don't say the Homeland Security, "joke," maybe the USCIS, another joke, better yet, nobody..... ya all, come on in!
After their so-called 75 day farm requirement working construction/housing is in the tank, what middle American taxpayers job will they take?
Example: Jose, Canyon County, Idaho, (IPT-12-18-05) an illegal alien, a so-called farm worker, making $6 per hour, doing House painting, $8 per hour, very good money, can't speak English, wife and two kids, living in a small house trailer. Wonderful, living the American Dream.
What do you expect the annual production will be for "anchor babies," you know that is the idea, produce babies, the E.O.I.R. will never deport anyone with a bunch of kids.
Why not? It’s compassion.....compliments of the American taxpayers…...
I see now that U.S. Judge Paul Huck in Florida is working with Hispanic lawyers to put a plan together so parents of kids born under the null and void 14th amendment, can never be deported. You know like the 31-yr. old alien felon holed up in the 7/11 store front church in downtown Chicago, for four months, the one I told you about in my previous letter.
I hear ICE is afraid of her because she is sponsored by two U.S. Senators and a U.S. Congressman, all from Illinois.
What is so clever, is that the American taxpaying middle class does not get to say a damn thing about it. Not one word about the North American Open Border Union, just swamp this former nation with illegal aliens, with no law enforcement.
Just explain who is going to protect we Americans from the terrorist, criminals that are now roaming our streets.
DETAILS: Fourth AgJOBS Bill: S-1645/S-2823/S-359 now S-237 enough is enough!
By and large, this is the same AgJOBS amnesty that was introduced last year. The AgJOBS agricultural guest worker-amnesty bill would reward thousands of illegal aliens with amnesty. Of the 1.2 million illegal aliens currently working in agriculture, an estimated 860,000, plus their spouses and children could qualify for this amnesty, so the total could reach five million or more. Most farm labor aliens are now doing construction/landscaping work full time.....
This bill would also provide amnesty for employers who broke the law by hiring illegal aliens.
To provide just one example, increased mechanization in the raisin industry probably signals an increasing trend in agriculture. Agricultural experts have estimated that with machines replacing humans to pick the raisins, labor demand will "drop to a tenth of the 40,000 to 50,000 workers typically hired today." Some growers have already stopped hiring seasonal workers (many of whom are illegal) in lieu of machines. I believe you should have considered important facts like these before supporting measures like S. 237, the AgJOBS amnesty.
There has been no congressional debate yet this session over a proposed farm worker amnesty and these facts should certainly be considered before "legalizing" upwards of five million illegal aliens. News articles highlighting increased mechanization in agriculture have suggested that there is a declining need for agricultural workers.
For instance, the switch to mechanical harvesting in the raisin industry has illustrated that, where 50 workers were once needed to harvest raisins, now only five are needed. A similar situation has occurred in the Florida orange grower industry. Increased mechanization will ensure that unemployment figures among farm workers will only increase.
In light of this, your support of S. 237, a bill that would grant upwards of five million illegal aliens amnesty seems irresponsible. How can we consider importing additional foreign workers at a time when current workers are facing increased job competition? Instead, we should be focusing on the Attrition Through Enforcement solution to illegal immigration -- increased workplace enforcement and elimination of rewards for illegal aliens.
A very disappointed,
Unhappy Americans
